Building a company in public, solving a problem I know exists.

Raw and unfiltered. Nothing here is polished before it's posted — half-baked ideas, dead ends, and pivots all go up as they happen. Pivots aren't flagged or explained when they happen; no "this direction is dead, moving to Y" ceremony. It just drifts, and the narrative has to be pieced together by reading through.
